Important Safety & Usage Notes

  • Do not power the dash cam via a generic data cable. This can cause insufficient voltage, repeated rebooting, failure to start, or permanent damage to the motherboard. Always use the included standard car charger or the dedicated hardwire kit.
  • Electronic products have strict voltage requirements. If the charger is not correctly configured, the device may not work normally.
  • Before ordering, carefully check the main product images to confirm which accessories are included in your chosen package. The items included in the SKU package are subject to the package pictures.
  • The DVR is compatible only with 12V power supply. Using 24V directly will burn the motherboard. For 24V vehicles, you must add a 24V to 12V Converter (BL).
  • For stable 4K recording, use a high‑quality Class 10 TF card. Low‑speed or low‑quality cards can cause malfunction. If unsure, choose the original TF card option.
  • Because the chipset and camera sensor differ from other sellers, only the original rear camera is guaranteed to work properly with this dash cam.
